Medium-frequency heating technology saves materials, saving at least 20-50 kilograms of steel raw materials per ton of forgings compared to coal-fired furnaces. Energy-saving technology: Medium-frequency heating saves 31.5%-54.3% energy compared to heavy oil heating, and 5%-40% compared to gas heating. The long bar material is directly heated and then fed, requiring less feeding force. Feeding equipment can be equipped separately, or the feeding mechanism can be set on the forging main unit, shortening the transportation distance between the three processes of heating, feeding, and forging, truly achieving "strike while the iron is hot."
