Furnace Body
Includes the furnace body and furnace support frame.
Furnace Body: The furnace body adopts an open structure, The furnace body is mainly used for installing the induction coil and yoke. It is welded from steel and steel plates and is equipped with appropriate supports and clamps to fix the induction coil and yoke. The operating platform at the top uses thickened steel plates to improve the strength and load-bearing capacity of the furnace frame. The furnace platform surface is paved with refractory materials for sufficient protection of the furnace body, and the furnace platform is not easily deformed. The top components are designed to be detachable for easy coil replacement later.
Furnace Support Frame: The furnace support frame is installed on the foundation and is used to support the movable furnace frame. The upper part of the fixed furnace frame is connected to the movable furnace frame through a tilting shaft. Under the top push of the tilting furnace device, the movable furnace frame can be tilted forward, with a maximum tilting angle of 95 degrees, and a limit switch is set at the same time.
