Furnace body
It consists of two parts: the furnace body itself and the furnace mounting bracket.
Furnace body: The furnace features an open-style structure, The furnace body itself is primarily designed to house the induction coil and magnetic yoke, constructed by welding structural steel and steel plates together. It is equipped with appropriate support and clamping components to securely fix the induction coil and magnetic yoke. The top-level operating platform features thickened steel plates, enhancing both the furnace frame's strength and load-bearing capacity. Meanwhile, the surface of the furnace platform is paved with refractory materials, ensuring comprehensive protection for the furnace body while maintaining resistance to deformation. Additionally, the top-end components are designed to be detachable, making it easy to replace the coil in later maintenance or upgrades.
Furnace Body Bracket: The furnace body support frame is installed on the foundation to carry the movable furnace rack. The upper part of the fixed furnace rack is connected to the movable furnace rack via a tilting axis, allowing the movable rack to tilt forward under the pushing force of the tilting mechanism—up to a maximum angle of 95 degrees—while also incorporating limit switches for precise positioning.
