Tandem Rolling Mill
1. Purpose
This series of cold rolling mills is a unidirectional irreversible four-roll cold rolling tandem mill. It is used for rolling metal strips such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and zinc.
2. Structural Features
This machine consists of a main motor, reducer, herringbone gearbox, universal joint shaft, roll set, rolling pressure section, frame, and electrical control cabinet. The roll set uses special bearings for rolling mills, and the roll material 9Cr2Mo Large-scale rolling mill bearing seats have roll changing devices. In this series: it can use φ 140/ φ 350 × 400 , φ 140/ φ 400 × 400，
φ 150/ φ 450 × 450 , φ 175/ φ 550 × 650 and other working roll driven four-roll cold rolling mills of the same model, with two to six frames connected in series, then equipped with a floating stand, uncoiler, recoiler, tension measuring, thickness measuring, speed measuring, and DC electrical control system, can be configured into a tandem rolling mill.
