1. Two sets of series resonant capacitor compensation devices to meet dual output requirements. The capacitor mounting brackets are made of high-strength cold-rolled steel and aluminum alloy profiles.
2. The compensation capacitors are computer-optimized for optimal values. The capacitors do not contain any toxic substances. The newly adopted materials are non-toxic and flame-retardant, so even if arcing and short circuits occur inside, or even if the capacitor casing breaks, it will not harm the human body.
3. The capacitor banks are centrally located in the power cabinet.
4. Each capacitor is equipped with a pressure switch. When the internal pressure of the capacitor rises, it will send a signal to cut off the power supply.
5. When the pressure switch of any capacitor is activated, the fault diagnosis panel will indicate.
6. Each capacitor has a safety release port. When the capacitor pressure is slightly below the bursting pressure, it will automatically open to release the internal pressure.
7. The capacitor has an internal discharge resistor and can be discharged through the electric furnace coil. Discharging can be completed within 5 minutes after power failure.
