1. Two sets of series resonant capacitor compensation devices to meet dual output. The mounting bracket of the capacitor is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet and aluminum alloy profile.
2. The compensation capacitor is optimized by computer to give the best value. The capacitor does not contain toxic substances. The new material is non-toxic and flame-retardant, and will not harm the human body even if arcing and short circuit occur inside, or even when the capacitor shell is broken.
3. The capacitor bank is arranged centrally in the power supply cabinet.
4. A pressure switch is installed on each capacitor. When the internal pressure of the capacitor increases, it will send a signal to cut off the power supply.
5. The fault diagnosis panel will have an indication when the pressure switch of any capacitor is activated.
6. Each capacitor has a safety release port, which will automatically open to release internal pressure when the capacitor pressure is slightly lower than the burst pressure.
7. The capacitor is equipped with a discharge resistor and can be discharged through the electric furnace coil, which can complete the discharge within 5 minutes after power off.
